I have been a long time outdoors man, hunter, photographer and fisherman in the many environments of Utah (and other places). From the snow capped mountains to the box canyons and deserts.
After buying some "Survival" bracelets to give as gifts, I was very disappointed in what I had received. A cheap buckle and minimal cordage. I thought, "This is a survival bracelet? There has to be something better". After loads of searching and finding a few good ones, the cordage was still short and the bracelet was bulky. Besides, you had to either cut the cord off the buckle, or spend your time untying a bunch of knots.
I set out to design the best bracelet I could. The bracelet that I would want. A comfortable bracelet with the most cordage that is easy to deploy containing the items that you need. I friends and members of a variety of life-saving professionals and after months of weaving and testing over and over, The SOS bracelet series was born. They are truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND bracelet design with everything you will need to signal for help, build a shelter, acquire food and purify water.
