Growing up in the mountains and deserts of Utah allows a person to enjoy the different and amazing sights, smells, sounds and feelings of nature. The weather can change at the drop of a hat and so can the environment.

I have been a long time outdoors man, hunter, photographer and fisherman in the many environments of Utah. From the snow capped mountains to the box canyons and deserts.

After buying some "Survival" bracelets to give as gifts, I was very disappointed in what I had received. A cheap buckle and minimal cordage. I thought, "This is a survival bracelet? There has to be something better". After loads of searching and finding a few good ones, the cordage was still short and the bracelet was bulky. Besides, you had to either cut the cord off the buckle, or spend your time untying a bunch of knots. 

I set out to design the best bracelet I could. The bracelet that I would want. A bracelet with the most cordage, items you need and easy to deploy. After months of weaving and testing over and over, The SOS bracelet series was born. They are truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND bracelet design with everything you will need to signal for help, build a shelter, aquire food and purify water.
